Serbia reported that the special police units (Serb JSO units) which had launched a strike (or mutiny, depending on your point of view) ended their action and returned to duty. The police protest began November 12 when 100 officers protested the arrest of two Bosnian Serbs by the ICTY. The officers blocked traffic in Belgrade. That protest followed a series of protests where Serb police objected to UN war crimes mandates. One group demanded the resignation of Serbian Interior Minister Dusan Mihajlovic and called for a halt to war crimes arrests in Yugoslavia.
