U.S. Air Force Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) takes out a bunker. The 250 pound SDB is designed to penetrate concrete or earth. The wings on the SDB in the video are actually an add-on (to be used on many smart bombs), called Diamond Back. If you add the Diamond Back kit, you increase the range of a smart bomb from about 16 kilometers, to 65 kilometers. The SDB is still in development, but may be available for service next year.
